Staying healthy is essential to overall wellbeing in terms of and encompassing good physical and mental health. When it comes to how to stay healthy, there are a few aspects you want to keep in mind and maintain. There is no one-off trick, rather it is something that must be maintained on a consistent basis. In the long run the more you do it the better in shape you will find yourself, in terms of mentally, energy, and physically fit. In order to be mentally healthy, I would say the main thing is that you avoid substances detrimental to your mental health. These substances include too much alcohol and nicotine or illegal narcotics. Second to that, I would say you hang around positive people that treat you well, want to hear what you have to say, and encourage you to pursue what you want in life.
